The creasing machine can be supplied with different infeeding systems. This version shows a bottom fed vacuum feeder. A deep pile feeder for high volumes and thicker products is available and could also be upgraded at a later stage.

The DCM-45 is equipped with two pairs of shafts with a diameter of 36 mm each. Thick products can be creased and perforated without the shafts being bent. The distance between the shafts can individually be adjusted depending on the various jobs.

In combination with the creasing and perforating tools this machine is the ideal solution for any kind of high volume creasing and perforating application.
